Yep! We have several partners who work with external curriculum providers.

Any user can import external files into your School HQ as long as they are in .doc/.pdf/.ppt format and under 20MB. Once imported, users can view the lesson, add internalization notes, receive comments, and schedule the lesson out just as if they had created from scratch in the system itself.

Most partners love to import curriculum while creating their unit pacing guides so that their teachers sign in, see every lesson in the calendar paced out, and can get rolling immediately!

Yes! Your School HQ makes tracking observations and meetings with teachers super easy and streamlined in one place. We can customize the rubric for you (and even adjust it throughout the year) so that observation feature can now serve as an evaluation feature as well.
